Do you ship worldwide?
No. We provide free shipping in lot countries but not to all, we can ship to over 52 countries around the world but some countries must contact us before buying any item.

How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-5 weeks for it to arrive. For international delivery please allow 3-8 weeks.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our storehouses in China will be shipped by ePacket, DHL, China Post Air Express, UPS or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US storehouses are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
NO. We provide free shipping to over 56 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If your country its not in the list please contact us before buy, and we resolve to send to your country. If you happen to be located in one of those countries please contact us.
What about customs?
We are responsible for paying the custom of our products to be sent from the country where they are to their destination country. Once the product has been shipped all customs in your country are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
We have several storehouses with different products in China, Hong Kong and the United States.
To be able to fulfill the shipping times we offer, we must send each product from where it is located since the consolidation of several products could cause up to 2 3 weeks late in shipping times.
This increases our cost of shipping but we assume it to be able to serve our customers better and our desire is that you get your product as fast as possible. We hope you understand and forgive us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Our policy lasts 30 days for retail items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Note: Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "$0.01 + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 6 hours of your order. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
